IMMVO is a B2B technology platform for real estate professionals. It provides, in particular:

• local and international distribution of real estate listings;
• MLS-Compatible Data Exchange;
• search visibility, exposure and marketing services for professionals;
• a SaaS solution for real estate agencies;
• a B2B affiliate programme;
• property comparison and valuation tools, provided for guidance only;
• AI-assisted support and analysis services.

IMMVO is not a real estate agency, a broker, or a transaction intermediary. IMMVO is never a party to a real estate transaction (sale, purchase, rental) concluded between its users or between them and third parties.

All elements of the Site (text, logos, the IMMVO trademark, interface, databases, source code, software, graphics) are the exclusive property of LOGIC TECHNOLOGIES and/or CRIATIMA, UNIPESSOAL LDA, according to the rights held by each, or of their licensors. They are protected by Moroccan, Portuguese, European and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, extraction, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part and by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.

The trademarks, logos and content of partner agencies remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679), Moroccan law no. 09-08 and applicable regulations.

Information on purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients, international transfers and the exercise of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability) is set out in our Privacy policy.

The listings and property information distributed on IMMVO come from third parties (agencies, portals and partners), who are solely responsible for them. IMMVO does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, currency or availability.

Valuations, comparisons and analyses, including those produced by artificial intelligence tools, are provided purely for guidance. They constitute neither an expert appraisal, nor an official valuation, nor legal, tax or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, LOGIC TECHNOLOGIES and CRIATIMA, UNIPESSOAL LDA cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, in particular in the event of interruption, outage, maintenance, error or inaccuracy in content published by third parties.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. IMMVO exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or practices. Creating a link to the Site requires the prior written agreement of the publishers.

Any manifestly unlawful content (fraudulent listing, infringement of rights, counterfeit content) may be reported to [email protected], stating the URL concerned, the nature of the infringement and the contact details of the reporting party. IMMVO will review the report as soon as possible.

This legal notice is governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute concerning its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, subject to applicable mandatory protective provisions, in particular those benefiting consumers resident in the European Union.
